The breakfast was a little short on sweet options for an European like me, though I’m a bit picky. Ask the chef for an omelette, though. It was sweet and creamy, and one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The place was calm and clean, just what I want from a hotel stay, and the prices seemed reasonable.

Ms Rizky looked after us well at breakfast today. I’ve been to Atmosphere Restaurant many times and always enjoy the food selection. They change the theme each day, and I’ll definitely come back.

The location is handy, with minimarkets, restaurants, and ICE BSD nearby. Still, my wife and I came with high expectations and left disappointed. Our room at the back of the building still let in the sound of vehicles outside, and it wasn’t as spacious as I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I also had to pay IDR 25,000 per bottle for extra mineral water. Pullman and other 5-star hotels don't charge for that, and even lower-tier hotels often have dispensers in the hallways on each floor. It's not about the cost, but the service.

We had a half-day business meeting here, with lunch provided. The food was top notch, and the restaurant had a cool vibe. Adhisa 1 had all the visual and sound equipment we needed. The staff were friendly and quick to help during the meeting. The security staff were friendly, gave us useful information, and helped with parking. The receptionists greeted us and helped quickly, and the manager gave us a room tour before the meeting. I'd definitely recommend it for a meeting or staycation.

The kitchen and dining area's hygiene left me unsure. The food selection was varied and alright, and some main courses were delicious. The rooms were well kept, all the employees were available to help guests, and the free Wi-Fi was fast.
