I paid 360 thousand for two nights for my driver, but he eventually refused to stay and said he'd rather sleep in the car. He found it frightening, like a haunted house. There were no guests that Saturday night, and my sleepy husband was left waiting and calling his wife to get a room ready. I went along to help with check-in because the booking was under my name. Finding the place was difficult. Google showed a closed gray gate, and when I knocked, a dog barked at me. It was actually next door, marked by a small round sign, and we only located it with help from a bandrek seller. The gate was locked on Saturday night. After we banged on it, an angry, frowning staff member came out, apparently woken from sleep. I don't understand how an inn can have a high gate locked from the inside. It's nothing like the photos. This seems like a closed-down inn still taking online bookings. They shouldn't advertise on tiket.com if they aren't actually operating. My payment is non-refundable, and after using Traveloka for dozens of years, I tried tiket.com and got scammed straight away. I'm so sorry I came. Don't go there. This business is NOT BLESSED.

The room and bathroom are quite good, though the bathroom faucet needs fixing. A few changes would help: the curtains don't close properly, and the vents are so large that too much cold air comes in. The layout could use some work, and hangers behind the door or on the wall would be handy. Maybe add some scents too. The TV and Wi-Fi work, but the remote should be replaced and the TV signal is weak. The front yard could also be tidied up so it looks more inviting. That's all, hope it's better next time 🙏🏻

It's a nice enough spot to unwind. They're still renovating, but it's a big improvement from before. The layout could be better.

We ended up booking through the app because we couldn't get the price by asking directly, although they did ask if we wanted to see the room first. We chose the deluxe room at the far end, number 103, for 408k for two nights. The room was fairly clean. The TV worked well, including YouTube and projecting from our phone. Wi-Fi was a little slow but dependable. There's no water heater, which is rough if you get cold easily. I wish they'd put an electric thermos in this deluxe room. Security seemed okay. There wasn't CCTV in front of the room, but there was one near the gate.
