The staff did help when I asked for a towel, a trash can, and the Wi-Fi password, so credit to them. But the owner or manager should be ashamed to charge this much for such a dump. At 775,000, it felt like price gouging. Maybe I'd have accepted it for 150,000 INR or less, but the reservation was non-refundable too. I knew finding a place at short notice over a holiday weekend would be tough. I just didn't expect my only option to be this grim. The linens, walls, and pretty much every surface looked like they had never been cleaned. There was no sink or trash can, and no screen over the unnecessary holes in the wall to keep bugs out. Somehow there was AC, which seemed pointless with the room not fully enclosed. The nice photo in the ad felt like false advertising. I don't know if RedDoorz is usually this bad, but I'll think twice before booking without seeing a place first. I wish I hadn't had to learn that lesson in such a filthy room.

The room smelled awful and was dirty, like it had been used over and over without being cleaned before I got it. I had to cover the smelly pillow with my T-shirt just to sleep. The bad, dirty smell made it hard to breathe freely all night.

The best part was the location, just a few steps from Galeria Mall. The room itself was too cramped to practice shalat in, and it needed a much better clean. There was a lot of trash under the bed, the bathroom wasn't clean either, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. In room 105 there was no mirror or trash bin. Dirt on the linens kept me from sleeping well, and the bed shook a lot. The TV was only decoration since it didn't work.

The room was the smallest I've ever booked and needed more air freshener. No Wi-Fi. The air conditioner, TV, and hot water were okay, and the hospitality was great.
