We chose this place for the views and because it was close to busy Mushroom Beach, but we ended up wishing we’d stayed on Mushroom Beach instead. The grounds were tidy and beautifully landscaped, the rooms were clean, and the staff were warm and quick to help. They sorted out our hut issues right away, moved family members to other cabins when needed, and even helped us get money back from Booking.com, which we really appreciated. There were too many frustrations for a hot-weather vacation, though, so we left early. The pool stayed cloudy throughout our three-day visit. Staff blamed the rain, but pools at other hotels looked fine, and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Some pool chairs also had large holes in the woven seats. One hut’s AC broke, and the huts weren’t consistent: some had TVs and fans, while ours had neither. That was inconvenient, and during high season there might not be another cabin available if something goes wrong. The property seems to be mid-upgrade. Some units had newer bathrooms and fresh wood stain, while others still had basic shower heads. Our rooms looked presentable, but with so many villa options around, the listed amenities should all work. The staff were lovely and responsive, but the overall experience fell short of what we expected.

A peaceful, quiet place, just a short scooter ride from town. The property and staff were fantastic, and we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Those banana pancakes at the included breakfast were the best thing I ate on the island, honestly 12/10. The place is wildly affordable too, could probably charge twice as much. The staff were so lovely, the rooms are gorgeous and all have mosquito nets, and the pool view is incredible. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Bali, and I’d recommend it again and again!

We watched swimming dolphins and manta rays right from our terrace, and the sunsets were amazing too. We stayed at Bali Belva for eight nights and can absolutely recommend it. Ari, Komang and the whole team were so kind, and our room was cleaned every day. Thanks so much!

The infinity pool looks out over the ocean and the mountains, with lovely gardens all around. The staff and room were wonderful too. It’s a beautiful property, perfectly placed near Mushroom Bay and within walking distance of great sunset spots. Excellent value for money, and I’d definitely come back.
