Bima Homestay Lembongan

Kadek and her sidekick Cynthia were lovely and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, with nice cool aircon, and the shower was huge, though no toiletries were supplied. We could buy beer and soft drinks at reception before 17:00, and there were provisions downstairs, but no fridge or TV in the room. Ear plugs were even left beside the bed because people honk along the road at all hours. Tours can be booked at the desk, and scooters for $8 a day were waiting for us on arrival. You’ll need one to explore the island or islands. We got early check-in and late checkout, and everything in Nusa Lembongan for dining or happy hours is a short walk away. The homestay is well worn and the maintenance needs a man’s touch. Don’t lean on the balcony railings. We’d love to stay again. If you’re only here a couple of days, bring just a backpack.

We loved our three nights in a private room. The place was extremely clean and quiet, and everyone was so kind that we felt at home right away. It’s in a very safe area, just steps from the main Street, market, and beach. Kadek is definitely the best host. Thanks again for making us feel welcome, it was a pleasure to meet you.

I spent four nights here and had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the location was great too!

The owner’s kindness and helpfulness really stood out during my seven nights at Bima Homestay. When my ferry was cancelled at the last minute because of bad weather, she went out of her way to help me find a solution. With the roads flooded and the walk to the harbour difficult, she even gave me a lift on her scooter. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom clean. Bars, restaurants, the beach, and dive shops are all close by; bikes are available to rent, though I found most places walkable. I can definitely recommend it. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!
