The room was dark, the blinds wouldn’t close, and being right by the main street meant constant noise and no chance to rest. The staff were extremely rude, careless, and unfriendly. This was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I’d never come back and absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

Avoid this place. The room was clean, but we paid 330k at night for a deluxe room with a sea view and found the bathroom had no door or window. There was no privacy, and from the bed we could hear and smell whatever happened in the toilet. The pool was a greasy green, and nobody mentioned this at check-in. At the front desk they blamed a local shops chlorine shortage over a bank holiday, but a pool would take weeks and weeks to get that green. They refused my request for a room refund so I could move to another hotel with a pool. After several minutes of arguing, I got a partial discount of 30% off the room rate. The place looks clean, but the poor communication, lack of service, and bathroom with no door made it unpleasant. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The view from our beach view room was amazing, though the room itself wasn’t much to look at. The bed was hard, with just a fitted sheet and a fleece blanket, and the AC worked. Expect a cold shower and little sleep, with dogs barking and motorcycles rumbling by. Breakfast is included, but jam and butter cost extra with the toast. Half the hotel had burned down just before we arrived, so the pool was out of commission.

The scooter they brought me after I rented it was a nice touch, and the room was clean. But there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the free Wi-Fi at reception was too weak to do anything. The shower was cold, there was no free drinking water on site, and the bathroom had no door, which made the room even more humid. The fan didn’t cool it down at all. Bring your own mosquito net, since there aren’t any. Breakfast was barely any food and the drinks tasted bad. I wouldn’t recommend it, except maybe for one night before a ferry.
