We only stayed one night on our way to Gili Air, but the team made it a wonderful introduction to Indonesia and the start of our holiday. They looked after us from start to finish, picking us up from the airport and taking all the stress out of getting there. They suggested a great restaurant for dinner, drove us there, and picked us up afterwards. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast in the pretty courtyard, then they took us and our luggage to the harbour and showed us where to catch the ferry. Highly recommend.

We stayed the night before our ferry and it was perfect. We'd come back even without a ferry trip planned. The team went above and beyond, with free taxi service in and out of town, fast replies over whatsapp, and lots of help making us comfortable. The pool was incredibly well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the bed was the biggest I've ever slept in. Even after we were no longer guests, they picked us up on our way back from the ferry and helped arrange a transfer to the airport. It was a pleasure to stay here. We'd absolutely recommend it, 5/5 stars!!!

Waking up to the beautiful surroundings made our stay at Dewi Villa in Padang Bai even more special. It was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that was great for relaxing. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was close to the harbor, beaches, and local restaurants while still feeling quiet and private. Also, there are cute, welcoming sausage dogs 🥰 Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Padang Bai.

A handy place to stay before catching a ferry or fastboat from Padangbai. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were kind and very helpful. They brought us a keetle when we asked and helped carry our bags to the room. Breakfast and a pool are available too.

We liked the hotel so much that our original 4 days turned into a longer stay. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly and a great help to us. We'll definitely come again.
