Lembongan Island Beach Villas

Villa #1 was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, and the staff were so helpful from check-in through check-out. We had a perfect stay and will definitely come back.

Breakfast by the pool was a special treat, and we loved having our own plunge pool. The views were fabulous, and the island location suited us perfectly. We had nine wonderful days at Lembongan Island Beach Villas. The staff were excellent, and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. We’d definitely return. Thanks to the amazing staff for making the stay so enjoyable.

We stayed in the bottom villa for three nights and had a great time in this lovely part of the island. The staff were always warm and helpful, and the pool was conveniently located. Having fewer stairs was a real help because I had an ankle injury. At first, being next to reception seemed odd, but it came in handy when we needed towels or advice. We didn’t eat there, but the minibar was very reasonably priced. The daybed area was a great place to relax, especially when it rained. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

The villas looked cozy, with two bedrooms, all the necessary amenities, and a small private pool that was nice for cooling off. We stayed for three days, but several things let the place down. Some staff were unfriendly, though not all. A larger gentleman at breakfast was particularly rude and abrasive. I drink black coffee, while my friends wanted lattes and cappuccinos. We were told those cost extra, even though breakfast was included, which seemed ridiculous. The Balinese coffee was unappealing, downright disgusting, and still unpleasant with milk and sugar. On our last morning we made coffee in our room, and it was actually good. The breakfast staff that day were different and very polite. We also couldn’t check out an hour or two later because they said other guests were arriving. Check-in was only from 2:00 PM, but we had to leave by 10:00 AM. I pointed out they had four hours. They said they had two cleaning teams and four villas checking out. I tried to explain that if two teams cleaned two villas, the other two would still be empty. It felt like they cared more about getting guests out quickly than giving proper service. The attitude was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend the place for a pleasant stay.
