The staff were amazing, so helpful and obliging, and the sea view from our villa was hard to beat. We stayed three nights and were so impressed with the view and value at Mola Mola that we booked another stay before leaving. Wow!

The sate lilit ikan was really lovely, with delicious vegetables, and the service was friendly. As always, Mushroom Bay views are spectacular. I only came for a meal, so can't comment on the rooms. I just wish they had better wine by the glass. Then this could become my regular spot for a cheap, cheerful glass of wine.

MolaMola house is a rustic little place on what we think is NL's best beach, with tasty food, a relaxed vibe, good value, and lovely hosts. We liked the casual restaurant dinners and the nightly beach bonfire. The included breakfast was basic, and we missed having a pool even though the beach is good for swimming. Staff arranged a snorkeling trip to Manta Bay and Chrystal Bay for 550k. We went with an older man in a traditional outrigger; it took about 3 hours total, and swimming with the mantas was incredible. The fish and coral were the best I've ever seen. We stayed in garden view Lumbung 6, which felt private and still had a partial view of the restaurant and beach. The five beach view Lumbungs have been redone with bathrooms moved upstairs, while the five garden view ones still have downstairs bathrooms that aren't great and can be a hassle. The owners said those would be refurbished later this year. The location right on Mushroom Bay is perfect, and it was the cheapest stay of our five destinations. We wondered if it'd be mostly younger guests, but there was a nice mix of younger and older couples, and we felt comfortable.

A lovely beach dinner setting, with beanbags and pretty lights, and really good food. The poke bowls are worth trying, and we also enjoyed the spring rolls. The fresh tuna dishes were the best we found in Bali. This is our favorite dinner spot on the beach.

A very relaxed meal right on the beach, and the prices were reasonable compared with nearby beachside restaurants. Highly recommend.
