The room interiors and design are great, with high-class materials, but the rooms are incomplete. There’s no Wi-Fi, no kitchen for serving breakfast, and the TV only gets 3 stations. For 48 rooms, they have 3 shifts with only 7 employees, and the manager in charge doesn’t seem to know hospitality. They were well known 3 years ago under the previous late owner, but since the new owner took over, the place has gone way below the radar.

The room was very clean and tidy, though the bathroom wall paint was peeling. The hotel is good for staying and sleeping, but the other facilities need improvement. It’s in the city center and has a nice garden, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and a play garden for children. Breakfast is provided in the morning, and there’s live music at night where you can sing. The pool water didn’t seem clean enough, and the pond was dark green, so you couldn’t see the fish unless they were swimming or moving. There are gazebos around the garden, but some of the chairs aren’t in good condition.
