The room wasn't in very satisfying condition, with cracked wallpaper in several places, though the air conditioner worked. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The one letdown was breakfast: we got nasi goreng bought from the corner, and I wish they'd let us choose. Otherwise, this was definitely better than the other hotels we'd seen in Luwuk, at the same or a lower price.

The only good part was the reception staff member, who was really friendly and nice. Everything else was bad. The owner should be ashamed. I wouldn't stay again even if it were free.

There was barely any water in the toilet, and the AC wasn't good.

It wasn't bad.
