I was honestly speechless. For the price, they provide so much, way beyond what I expected during my stay at this apartment. The interior is really nicely designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's only 1-2 minutes from the airport, and prices are competitive. You can book through several online booking websites or apps. The room is fully furnished, which was jawdropping at first. There was a TV in both the bedroom and living room, plus a Telkomsel Orbit wifi router that staff install just for you. The kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, including an induction stove, pan, plate, glass, fork, spoon, knife, and cobek. There are cleaning supplies like a broom in case you make a mess, plus towels, soap, shampoo, a full-size cupboard, a two-door refrigerator, and a water dispenser with a filled water gallon. The sofabed can be turned into a bed for two more people. It's far from the city center, so it suits people looking for a staycation. There are only a few restaurants nearby, so better to use gofood. The apartment doesn't provide a shuttle or transport to the airport, and there's no breakfast option. The system for short stays also isn't mature yet. They'll ask what unit type you're in, then you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the cleanup to finish.

The worst part was the alarm. At 11:30 pm, one in our room started ringing like an old-fashioned alarm clock. It went off about 15 times, with 20 seconds between rings. I found the night guard, the only staff member around. He came with me, but the alarm was on snooze and he said it'd be fine. It kept going off every 30 minutes for the rest of the night, waking us each time. There was also a balcony light we couldn't switch off, and the glass door had no curtain, so we were in the spotlight all night. The pillows were too soft and thin to be comfortable. The bed was only 1.90m long, too short for me at 1.92m, and the blanket was too short too, so my toes stuck out. There was no toilet paper, and the room was set up for one guest even though we'd booked for two: one small bottle of water, one towel, and one pair of flip-flops. We were told we couldn't swim because of maintenance. When we said in the morning there wouldn't be time for a swim, suddenly swimming in the evening was fine. They lied, there was no maintenance at all. At 1900, we were told noise wouldn't be an issue because the place wasn't finished constructing. Only two apartments were ready, the rest were empty, and on one side of the building the apartments hadn't even been built yet. The room was full of insects, and I'm not making that up to make the place look bad. The staff were welcoming at first, but weren't there when we checked out at 0700 am. I counted 3 crickets, 2 big spiders with around 8 babies, webs everywhere, 2 mosquitoes, and some ants on the floor. The refrigerator wasn't clean either. I took photos of all of it. The shower water splashed across the bathroom because the curtain was too short. The wifi box next to the bed seemed poorly placed with regard to energy waves so close to your head. And who designed a place where the AC outlet blows straight at a glass door and heats it badly? For 500k, I expected a proper place that was at least clean. Instead it felt unfinished, had too many problems, and made sleeping impossible. All the issues left us angry and drained. We were very unsatisfied and asked for a full refund.
