I stayed for 1 month and really liked this boarding house. It felt comfortable and safe, and it had plenty of facilities. The guards were very friendly too.

I paid for two nights at PONDOK VANILLA OR OYO 90389 (IN TRAVELOKA), but when I came straight from the airport, they told me there were no rooms left. Why wasn't I called before making the trip? I had already paid for the booking and for transportation, then was politely told to go find another hotel. They said the refund would come through the app, but my money still hasn't been returned. That excuse makes no sense, and it was completely irresponsible. I won't curse here because I'm an educated person, but this is no way to do business, boss. If you want to make money, don't handle customers like that. Others, please don't trust this place or come here. Help report this hotel 🙏🚢

I booked 5 days ahead, but after coming from the airport I was told the hotel was fully booked. I spent almost 2 hours waiting for confirmation and still got no solution. They said not to cancel on Traveloka, and the app didn't offer a cash refund. They only gave me 700,000 Rupiah back. WORSE........!!!
