The only thing I didn’t like was the water’s taste. Otherwise, the place was clean, parking was spacious, and the rooms were roomy for a cheap 150/night. It has a hotel-like feel, and the facilities are pretty complete if you just need a place to rest. Book in person, though. They’ve ended their partnerships with OYO, Traveloka, Pegipegi and other apps, but the listings are still up. Maybe those apps want to make money for nothing from people who’ve already booked 😏

There were no blankets, the water was discolored, and towels weren’t provided until I asked. There were no toiletries either. I’d already paid through the Oyo app, but when I arrived, the inn refused to honor it and said they weren’t partnered with Oyo, Agoda or anyone else. I was very disappointed and had to pay another 150 IDR per day in cash. They offered no solution for the money I’d transferred.

The place on Google Maps didn’t match the picture in the Oyo app, and it could be using a sharia name. My female friend wanted to stay overnight before going to the airport the next day, but there wasn’t any accommodation for istigfar. There were lots of them, and the phone numbers were fake too. This is a scam!

I reached the homestay at 10:30 PM after booking and transferring money through the pegi-pegi app, but they turned me away, saying they no longer partnered with OYO. The app still listed it as OYO 91668 Homestay Anitha. Why leave it listed there if they’ve ended the partnership? I was very disappointed. Oh my God.

I traveled a long way to get there, but the place wasn’t open when we arrived. It’s a complete scam. Is cheating people really how they make money?
