The team made us feel welcome and special, and they pampered us in ways we didn't expect. Professional, friendly, courteous and hardworking throughout. My husband and I had a wonderful little slice of paradise to relax in. We stayed in a corner room upstairs with views of the pool and ocean. It had a vaulted Indonesian-style ceiling, a thoughtful layout and accessories, and a private outdoor shower off the bathroom. The room was spacious, unique, elegant but comfortable, and very clean, with large comfy beds and bedding. There was complimentary water, and we were close to both the pool and ocean. The resort is remote, which suited us. Senggigi is about 30 minutes away, the harbor for the Gili Islands about 25 minutes, and the wildlife park about 20 to 30 minutes. Waterfalls, the volcano and the south coast are around two hours away. At the resort we snorkeled with turtles and tropical fish, paddleboarded, kayaked, walked the beach, swam and sunbathed. We rented a scooter for 150k IDR per day, about $8 USD, to explore freely. Where it works for you depends on what you want to see. Breakfast was included with our room and was generous, varied and delicious. We could eat on the balcony or at the lovely beach restaurant just outside the door. Local food costs much less, as it generally does. For our early flight, they even packed breakfast to go in lovely baskets we could keep.

At the far end of the beach, the resort has a great location. The food was fantastic, the beds comfortable, and the rooms spacious, thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Everyone was kind and attentive. This was the highlight of our three-week trip to Indonesia.

The beach is wonderful to walk along, and the setting on Lombok is very quiet. It's a lovely place to stay, with great rooms and facilities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alma, Sultan and Yanyan for their lovely service.

What stands out most is the staff. Their friendliness and service were outstanding, and they did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Thank you for everything, and hopefully we'll meet again someday! The resort is incredibly tranquil, with a great pool and a beautiful beach right in front. I think it's one of the most beautiful places in Lombok. The rooms are spacious, and having them made up multiple times each day was a real luxury. Best regards from us! Fam. Adelmund

We'd planned to stay six nights, but loved it so much that we extended our visit. The hotel exceeded our expectations: it was exceptionally comfortable and impeccably clean. The pool, bar, spa, gym and restaurant were all just steps from our room, so everything was right there and the stay felt easy and relaxing. The restaurant staff were wonderful, always smiling, kind and happy to handle our special requests. A big thank you to Vido and Adi from the restaurant and pool bar for their service and friendliness. The spa was another highlight. We loved the massages and felt really cared for. Linda and Putri were amazing, and made every treatment feel completely relaxing. I stayed with my mom, and our time in Lombok was unforgettable. We can't recommend this hotel enough and would come back in a heartbeat!
