We enjoyed the pool, which had plenty of space for toddlers, children, and adults, and my child really liked the kids' activity club. The staff were friendly and greeted people passing by. The team near the activity club also rented out towels and swimming boards. Our room was spacious and had complete amenities. The hotel is in a residential area with lots of trees, so going for a morning jog outside in the fresh air was pleasant. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance to visit Malang.

The staff were quick to respond and very helpful, especially the team who helped us rush to the ER late in the evening. That meant a lot since we're not local. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a memorable stay with Harris. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Malang.

The pool and gardens were lovely, breakfast had lots of choices, and the restaurant was a real highlight. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, though. It feels dated, having looked that way since before 2019, and our room wasn't as clean or comfortable as we'd hoped. The friendly staff helped make up for it, and my family still had a wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Malang.

Breakfast and the food for the symposium were delicious. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the pool. The service was excellent. Best choice!!!

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and some dishes changing each day. We stayed 3 nights and had a fun time. The entrance is grand and the staff were efficient and friendly. Citra helped me a lot and was lively and warm. The room was the least appealing part, basic and budget-style, but clean, neat, and tidy. Book one of the terraces, they're better.
