The room was large and the Wi-Fi worked well, though I’d rate cleanliness 3/5 and the bathroom 2/5. There was no shampoo or soap, a little hair on the floor, and an unpleasant smell, though it wasn’t too strong. The bigger concern came around 10:30 in the morning. My brother was asleep and I was showering when housekeeping came in and said they needed to clean the room. We thought they would only come if we asked or after checkout. They also took our room access card, which felt strange. I can’t help wondering if they were trying to make us think we’d lost it and charge us a fee. I hope they improve both the service and cleanliness. Thank you.
