The price gets a 9 from me, while the location, tucked a little out of the way in central Malang, gets a 7. Cleanliness was an 8.5, with things well kept from the entrance through the room, and the helpful, friendly staff get an 8. Facilities are standard for a homestay: Wi-Fi, CCTV, cable TV, hot water, toiletries and mineral water. The TV runs through a box, so it depends on Wi-Fi. I’d recommend it for backpackers. Families should check ahead because parking is limited. Unmarried couples are welcome.

A good spot for a transit break, with one hour costing 10,000 Rupiah. The room was clean and peaceful, so it was easy to rest. The person in charge was very helpful too. I needed help with the TV remote at night and he was patient with me. 😘

The AC works really well. My only complaints are that the TV has no signal and the bathroom clothes hanger sits too low. Otherwise, it’s great. 👍

The building is fairly new and clean. It’s situated somewhat in or by a housing complex.
