The location is peaceful, with lots of restaurants just around the corner and a huge mall about a 10-minute walk away. Alun-Alun and the rainbow city take around 30 minutes to reach on foot. Rooms are clean, and each floor has water dispensers with ice-cold and boiling water. Breakfast is available for 20k. It's a nice, straightforward place if you want a solid stay without much luxury.

I spent two weeks at this guesthouse and really enjoyed it. It's quiet and clean, and has a cozy, characterful feel because it's in a converted old colonial building. The area around it is lovely, with atmospheric side streets and plenty of great places to eat. Incredible value, too.

The location is good and it's quiet. The spring bed was much too soft for me, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Aside from those things, I really liked the place.

I've stayed here twice, booking the family room for three people each time. It's very spacious and has two AC units. I don't think the TV was working, but the amenities are good and the price is really cheap.

Everything worked well, including the TV, AC, hot shower, and hot tap at the sink. The price was like a 1-star hotel, while the room felt like a 3-star one. Great value.
