The bed was comfortable, and the shared area was nice. Staff were friendly, the price was low, and there was a lobby water dispenser with hot and cold drinking water. Even so, I honestly don't know how this place got its reviews. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other option. Our second-floor Wi-Fi was terrible, and the AC barely cooled the room even set to 19 degrees. There are no windows or sink in the rooms. The brown-grey walls had marks that looked like damp, giving the room a prison-like feel. The shower was also the only place to wash up, and its water was either boiling hot or cold. The bathroom was tiny and basic, with nowhere to put a toiletries bag. There was no toilet paper either. When I asked reception, he said they didn't have any and handed me a pile of loose tissues.

The Wi-Fi worked well, but we booked a junior suite and were given a double room instead. We were told the junior suite could only be booked for a full month. What the hell? The windows were in odd places and had no curtains. They kept the lights on around the clock, so the room stayed lit at night, and nearby mosques made it hard to sleep. There was no sink, and the toilet was positioned so awkwardly that if you're tall, you have to sit sideways because your legs don't fit. The rooms were okay otherwise.
