For IDR 150k through third-party booking apps, the place was clean and cheap. I had AC, a TV, shower, and Wi-Fi. Hot water costs an extra IDR 10k, and an extra bed is IDR 50k. The stairs are very steep, so be careful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to wheelchair users or anyone with foot problems because of the stairs. Short review, but I hope it helps. This place is worth booking if the stairs aren’t an issue for you 😊😊
It’s close to Sawojajar housing complex, where my relatives live, so I’ve kept choosing this place whenever I visit Malang. I’ve stayed twice, once before it became Airy and once after. I recommend it to people visiting Malang who want somewhere cheap but comfortable. The service was already very good before the Airy partnership, and Airy made it even better. The room has a king-size bed, cupboard, TV, air conditioning, table, chair, hangers, and complimentary snacks from Airy. The toilet was very clean, though I forgot to take a picture. Keep up the good work!
I stayed for around three weeks or more, and there was still no internet access. The Wi-Fi was on, but the receptionists kept saying the provider was having connection problems. They’d promised guests there would be internet, but the service was poor and they didn’t follow through.
If you book this hostel through the OYO Booking Apps, be aware that unmarried couples can’t stay here. That doesn’t match the description on OYO.
Good for the price, with friendly staff and fast Wi-Fi. It’s next to indomaret.
