I spent a month in this apartment and left disappointed. The outside looked clean, but inside it didn't match the advertising photos and the rooms weren't as clean as shown. The bathroom was dusty and moldy, so I cleaned it myself to get it to my standards. The AC was old and yellowish, smelled odd when switched on, and the shower head was rusty and old. I wouldn't recommend showering with the water. You have to pay for your own electricity token. If it runs out overnight, the reception doesn't open until 9 am, so you're stuck waiting. The two lifts are small and slow for the number of residents. The gym has been closed for months with no plans to reopen, even though it's still advertised as open, and the pool is small. The facilities are poorly maintained. I saw reviews describing the staff as unfriendly, but they were okay with me and weren't rude. I hope they renovate the bathrooms, since I had high hopes for the apartment. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Good value for the price, with nice rooms and a nice building.
The location is actually very good, but the place seems poorly maintained. There's not much vehicle parking, and non-residents pay a fairly expensive fee compared with public parking in Malang. Getting around inside is a problem too, with only two lifts for 16 floors. What matters most to me is that there's almost no green space, either indoors or outside.
This high-rise feels dystopian, with tiny apartments aimed at students from nearby universities. Most tenants seem to be around 17-20, I'd guess, and the place is noisy. It's dirty, run-down, and depressing. I found garbage in the staircase and cockroaches in my apartment. The lobby security staff were unfriendly, and the wait for the elevator was very long. Outside, Jl Soe-Hat is constantly clogged with traffic and loud, and the area is unattractive, with lots of cheap, low-quality fast-food places. Not a good place overall.
For a budget stay, I got a pleasant room and a nice view.
