Could someone advise me about getting my money back? I booked two rooms through the AGODA app at Villa Yasmin Malino in Malino, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. My order ID is 615203305. We paid, but when we reached the villa, it had already closed and was no longer accepting guests, even though Agoda still showed it as open. How can I get a refund? Thank you.

There’s a spacious yard with parking for eight cars or more. It’s in town and conveniently close to places to eat, but there’s no water heater.

Good afternoon, Villa Yasmin Malino. I booked through the Agoda app for 30 December 2021 to 01 January 2022, but when I got there, the villa wasn't operating. Agoda, please return my money, because this is a fake villa using dogs.

The service was unsatisfactory, and the place was very disappointing. The rooms and grounds were dirty and poorly maintained, and maybe they hadn't been cleaned properly. The bedroom and bathroom didn't look like their photos. PegiPegi listed several room prices, but only two rooms were actually different. The cheaper and more expensive options were the same. We raised it, but management said they didn't know. The PegiPegi website also said Wi-Fi was available, but there was none.
