The service was the best part for me, not bad for a simple hotel in Manado. It's a good place to stay, though cleanliness could be better since it was quite dirty. The Wi-Fi was a bit bad. Maybe that's because Manado is a city with mountains nearby.

The service is excellent, and the location is handy for eating areas, especially halal-certified restaurants, as well as malls and the seafront. The basement is at the front, with a lift, and the lobby and registration are on the lobby floor. Breakfast is on the seventh floor. It's a simple Asian breakfast: white rice and fried rice, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, other drinks, and fruit juices.

The price isn't too high, and the room facilities are good and quite modern. The employees are friendly, too. It's in a strategic spot near Manado's famous shopping mall.

It's a minute from the huge mall in the town center. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help, using Google Translate to get around their limited English for guests who don't speak it, which is most people. They even reimbursed us for the extra bed we requested for the kids, since we had to leave too early for breakfast. Nice hotel.

The rooftop restaurant has a really good view, out over the ocean and the hill, and the food tastes OK too. The room isn't big, but it's compact and has everything you need, including AC and bath items. A nice place to stay.
