The bathroom has the basics, including soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. I've stayed here several times, and each time the staff have been very courteous and attentive. So far, I haven't run into any inconveniences. ☺

I keep coming back whenever I'm in Manado. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the price is affordable, and the service is friendly. 😊🙏

The parking area is tight, and the hotel sits in a traffic jam area, so you have to turn around to get there. The elevator is small and moves very slowly. The AC wasn't cold and there was no hot water. Service was impolite. Guests, especially women, should be welcomed properly, since guests are the source of income.

There was no parking, and I couldn't call reception from the room because there was no telephone. The heater didn't work and the blankets were very thin. I booked a double bed but got two singles pushed together; they shifted apart while I slept and I nearly fell through the middle. Check-out more than 30 minutes late cost 50% of the room rate. 🙂

The location is handy, close to Karombasan Market and a public transport route. My room smelled a little damp, and the bathroom was dirty. The heater also wouldn't give me hot water.
