The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was handled with care, and we’re really grateful for the hospitality. I’d asked for honeymoon and birthday decorations for my husband, and both were done beautifully, beyond what we expected. The surprises were lovely, and the gift from the hotel touched us too. 🥹🤍

We really enjoyed our stay at Sudamala Senggigi. The resort has a great beach view and was just right for relaxing and doing nothing. The team’s birthday surprise for my husband was way beyond what I expected. We also had a massage before checking out, and the service was just as lovely. A perfect one-night stay to finish our week in Lombok. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality 😍🫶🏼🥰

Even after checkout, the staff helped me get back things I’d accidentally left behind. They didn’t leave me to sort it out alone, and I still felt looked after as a former guest. Everyone at Sudamala Resort Senggigi was kind, attentive, and professional. Room 229 has a balcony overlooking the sea. The view is breathtaking, and the loud, intense sound of the waves was surprisingly relaxing for me. The pool was clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good, and we also had a traditional Indonesian lunch served in an authentic local style. At sunset, waves hit the breakwater beside the restaurant, making a wonderfully romantic scene. Thank you for a stay that felt wonderful, romantic, almost fairytale-like. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and the chain. I’ve stayed at two of their properties so far, and both were excellent.

We had a wonderful time here after leaving another property we hadn’t liked. The place is gorgeous and very well maintained, and you can see how much care the management and team put into it. The villa was spacious, private, and nicely decorated, though ours was next to the toad and pretty loud. The villa pool was freezing, but luckily the main pool was warm. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice. The Chef’s omelet was delicious, and the coffee and fruit were good too. We joined the NYE celebrations and loved the decorations, show, food, and service. It’s a lovely spot for sunsets, swimming, and relaxing. I’d definitely visit again.
