For the affordable price, it felt worth it overall. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and breakfast was decent. A few things could make the stay better: the toilet needs fixing, and hot water is only available during certain hours, so plan your shower around that. It'd also help to check room equipment like the hairdryer more often, provide extra tissues, and have a mosquito repellent device in the room.

It's an old hotel, but cozy and comfortable. There's no refrigerator, so don't expect to keep drinks cold. Our window wouldn't close properly, and cigarette smoke from people outside came into the room.

The location in central Semarang, near Tugu Muda, makes it easy to get everyday necessities. It's also just a few minutes from Simpang Lima, a popular place for leisure and rides like scooters and hoverboards. Lawang Sewu, known for its history and paranormal activity, and Kota Lama, Semarang's old town with a feel a bit like Jakarta's Kota Tua, are nearby too. A great base for travelers.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the hotel works well for events such as meetings, gatherings, or weddings. It's easy to find and get to, close to the airport and central areas. The parking lot could be a little wider.
