Hotel Luansa Klui

The pancakes at breakfast were amazing, and their laundry service was just as good: we dropped everything off in the morning and it was clean by afternoon. We stayed three nights at Luansa Klui Hotel, and it was one of our best hotel stays in Indonesia. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the whole staff were kind and helpful. They really care about their guests. Thanks, everyone. We'd gladly return and recommend it.

The room itself was perfect, and the hotel is new, pleasant, and fairly priced. There's a large parking lot, a well-kept pool, and a small shop in the lobby. The bathroom sometimes had a really bad smell, though, so I bought an air freshener and kept the vent running with the door shut. It could also get noisy near reception late at night and early in the morning. I'd choose a room away from the stairs.

We happened to be there for Luansa Klui Hotel's second anniversary on July 31, 2025. They shared fried noodles, drinks, and dessert with all the guests for free, which was a lovely, tasty gesture and made a great stay even better. The place was spotless and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff and good value. A relaxing spot in Lombok that I'd highly recommend.

The bathroom smell was the main letdown. It reminded us of mold or wastewater, though running the vent and air conditioning made it bearable. We didn't move rooms, since we noticed the same smell coming from other open rooms as we passed. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel for the price, with a comfortable bed, an OK room, and staff who were very helpful with arranging a rental scooter or a car for transport.
