They asked me for more money on arrival even though I'd already paid online, then added another charge for air conditioning. They also use different names. Be careful, this felt like another OYO scam.

The room was clean and spacious, with a fan but no AC. It's just off the main road and very close to the beach. They offer laundry too, and mine was ready the next day.

We arrived with a Booking reservation, but the receptionist said we'd have to pay more to get into the rooms. We refused and had to cancel the reservation. Absolute scammers, this hotel is a scandal. Please don't go there!

After I made an online reservation, they claimed there was a problem with the website and tried to charge me a higher price when I arrived. Scammers. Avoid this place!

I spent five days here and had a great stay. The price was affordable, the beach was nearby, everything was clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly. If I visit Lombok again, I'll definitely stay here.
