We’re still here waiting for someone to fix the room, and if nothing is done, we’ll take further action or report it to the authorities. We didn’t get the room we booked and were charged more than the amount shown. The room was in very poor condition, with a dirty bathroom and stained sheets. The property said there would be cleaning and room service, but neither was provided. The AC left me speechless. We complained to the staff, but they still haven’t acted. Cleanliness is very poor.

The receptionist and housekeeping staff seemed indifferent, and I felt they weren’t honest about my belongings. For me, this is about honesty and responsibility, not the items themselves. I’m disappointed and won’t stay here again. The pillows were thin, the sheets somewhat dirty, and the floor looked unswept. There was no soap, toothbrush, or other amenity. I hope things improve.

The front desk staff were friendly and a big help when I checked in. The AC was nice and cool too. I had an excellent stay, and would highly recommend this place if you’re in Medan.
