The lounge is a pleasant spot for morning coffee, with a fish pond and a water boiler available. The simple rooms are comfortable, surprisingly quiet, and cleaned every day. They also sell T-shirts, sarong, and other items at very reasonable prices. All in all, it’s an excellent affordable place to stay in Mataram.

The staff were really friendly, and the place looked great. It was clean and close enough to walk to the main area. We’d happily stay again, though they couldn’t provide the sex swing we requested, so bring your own if you need one. Apart from that, it was perfect.

I spent two months here and found it the best option in Mataram at around this price. It works well for a short visit too. Gading has plenty of shared spots on each floor, with tables, sofas and chairs for eating, chatting or relaxing. The rooms are spacious and cool, with drawers, a place to hang clothes, a desk and chair, hot water and basic toiletries. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the whole hotel is kept fresh and tidy. The manager and staff were friendly, helpful and trustworthy throughout. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, clean, well-priced accommodation in Mataram.

The manager was so kind and happy to help with anything. It’s also very close to the immigration office. This was the nicest place I’ve stayed in Lombok, and I’d recommend it. A superb experience.

The 24/7 reception was a plus, and the hotel seemed decent for the price. Still, our three-night stay was a disappointment: we got bitten by bed bugs, and the toilet in our room kept breaking down. We had to call several times to get it fixed.
