OYO 788 Bidari Hotel

The staff were the best part of my stay. Reception and the room attendants were all really friendly, and the pool was clean and comfortable for both adults and kids. The room itself was clean, but the bed felt like its springs might give out, so it wasn’t comfortable. There was a musty smell when I first walked in, though it faded later, maybe because the toilet drain didn’t have a cover. The bathroom floor was very slippery, which seems risky for children and older guests. My room also had a broken bidet lever, making bathroom cleanup a hassle. There’s karaoke and a bar with live music and a DJ. You can still hear them clearly from the rooms at night, so it may not suit anyone looking for a quiet evening. I hope Hotel Bidari Lombokita keeps improving. Sorry if this review disappoints the owner or management of Hotel Bidari Lombok. Thanks.

It’s in Mataram city, and there’s a pool, though the water was cloudy. They said it was being maintained, but it wasn’t usable. You have to ask the front office for drinking water. The room is basically enough for sleeping with AC and taking a shower. Don’t expect much beyond that.

Bidari Hotel feels comfortable, almost like being at home, and the service is good. It’s right in the city center, too. If you’re going to Lombok and want a homely place to stay, I’d definitely choose it, guys.

The music from what seems like a club nearby can be a bit noisy, so it’s not ideal if you’re hoping for quiet sleep. But if you enjoy staying up and having fun until morning, it should suit you 👍🏻. Otherwise, it’s good.
