Fizz Hotel Lombok

The shower water was fine last night, but by morning it smelled like sewage when I went to brush my teeth. I had to use bottled water instead. Maybe somebody paid them to be funny. If you want my opinion, don’t come here!

The bed linen and towels could be cleaner. I stayed four nights while visiting Lombok, and found the hospitality great. It’s close to Mataram University and on the main road, a good option if you’re looking for a budget hotel.

I found the hotel’s decor aesthetic and great for Instagram photos, and the staff were helpful and nice. I booked through Agoda and got two rooms for IDR 524.000 per night with a special offer. The rooms were cozy and clean, as was the toilet. The air conditioning helped me sleep well, and there was a hot-water shower too. Highly recommended for a stay in Lombok.

The staff were quick to respond and went out of their way to help. My four-month-old daughter was sick, so we stayed just one night. I needed hot water every two hours to make her milk, and the staff brought it with smiles, even when I called around 2am. They also allowed a late checkout. Special thanks to Anisa from the restaurant for being so kind to me and my daughter. There’s a lift, which made getting around from our fourth-floor room easier. Our room was spotless, with clean linen and towels, a comfortable bed, stylish decor, and thoughtful details. The TV worked well and had many channels. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The hotel is central, a few minutes’ walk from Permata Hati Hospital and close to restaurants and shops. It’s peaceful, though I’m a light sleeper and could slightly hear the adzan from the many nearby Mosque. It wasn’t a problem for me. Everything was excellent, and I’d recommend this accommodation and come back.
