For 400k, you can find a much better hotel in lombok. My room had a leaking toilet and a bad smell, stained sheets, and peeling wallpaper. I wouldn’t say this was worth the money.

The bedding was fine, and the place was passable, but I wish we’d changed rooms again or gone elsewhere. We booked after reading the reviews, then found the first room’s AC wasn’t working and got moved. The bathroom didn’t seem to have had a proper clean in years. As is common in Asian bathrooms, showering gets everything wet, and part of the floor didn’t slope toward the drain. Water sat there and made the room stink the next day.

We found bedbugs in the bed and checked out right away at midnight. Luckily, we caught them early and weren’t bitten. The receptionist didn’t seem surprised when we reported it. I can’t believe nobody had mentioned this before. This place needs a major clean, so stay away.

The staff are helpful and the location is handy, though the room amenities could use some work. For a budget hotel, it’s worth what you pay, and booking through the related App gets you the best offer.

The breakfast was tasty, and there’s a coffee shop where a cup costs just 20k. It’s not expensive for such a strategic area. I do wish some parts of the hotel would get a little renovation.
