The staff are wonderful and friendly, the rooms comfortable, and there’s a lovely green courtyard. It’s well located and great value. The downside is there’s no breakfast or tea and coffee setup in the rooms, and nearby breakfast choices aren’t really good. There’s one Western-style place, but it’s expensive and boring.

We only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable, but that was the only positive. The walls are so thin you hear everything from next door and outside, and WiFi doesn’t reach the room. There was mold on the breakfast bread and an ant in the omelette. It was a bit horrible, so I’d check for rooms elsewhere before booking.

A solid mid-priced option for a night in Mataram, and it’s well organised with a very good location. There’s a nice fountain in the courtyard. The room decorations could do with a refresh.

This small hotel is simple, clean, and comfortable, with a pretty garden. The price is affordable for a prime location. It felt like a consolation during our rainy week in Mataram.

The hotel itself is good, but don’t send money to the number listed here. A guy offered me a discount, took my money, then blocked me. It’s a scam.
