The room is a good size, and it’s easy to order Grab or Go food from this convenient location. There’s also a shared kitchen, which is a nice bonus. I’d recommend staying just one night.

Mataram isn’t a tourist area. The place is nice and fairly clean, with plenty of facilities for guests, including a stove, kettle, dining area, and seating. Staff could do more to show guests around and explain what’s available, including breakfast. We had to go back and ask for details, and were told the receptionist would be back in five minutes. We waited an hour and they still hadn’t returned. Wi-Fi isn’t available in the rooms. They advertised a hotspot for 5000, but we couldn’t get it because the receptionist never came back.

The service was poor. I booked through OYO, and at first the staff seemed willing to give us a room, but then pretended there wasn’t any vacancy.
