My room had a chair and a desk, which was nice for getting work done. The beds are very comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, the staff are wonderful, and the location is good. The windows in my room looked into the hallway, so the artificial light could feel a bit harsh. Maybe I got the budget room because the price was cheap. It would be good to have a kettle and a way to buy large bottles of water. There are plenty of shops about 200 m away. They have a cafe, but I haven’t eaten there yet.

The room was kept spotless, and the staff were always ready to help or have a friendly chat. Their warmth made me feel at home, and I really enjoyed staying at the Mayura hotel. I’d choose it again next time.

The rooms are comfortable, with easy access to free Wi-Fi. It’s a tastefully renovated new hotel, centrally located in Lombok, and seems especially well suited to business travelers. A relatively new Mega mall with a cinema and other things is about a 10-15 minute drive away. I understand that a bespoke cafe is going to open in the hotel, with specialty coffee and good food in a cozy setting.
