Lombok Vaganza Hotel

We stayed for 7 nights. At 250/night, it was a good value for our small family. We had to request an AC repair and were moved to another room. On the 3rd day, we also asked for an extra room cleaning.

The ballroom felt a bit hot during the wedding, even with the AC on, and it wasn't very large. It's quite a big university and hotel, though. Overall, it was good.

The parking area was a favorite, safe and spacious, haha. I booked 2 meeting rooms and got great service and delicious food. The price was fairly cheap and the location is strategic. The AC in the room needs improvement, but otherwise it was good! 👍👍

I enjoyed the stay for what I paid. I booked a suite double room through the Trav3l0*4 application in Sep 2021 and spent about IDR 900k for four (4) nights, 01-05 Dec 2021. The promo brought it under IDR 225k a night. If you find that deal, maybe you’re as lucky as I was. The front yard was lovely, with lots of trees, and room cleaning was available daily. My room was very (very) spacious, with a roomy bathroom, hot water, furniture I liked, and towels with a scent I liked too. It looked exactly like the photo in the Trav3l0*4 application. The hotel is not far from the beach, and check-in went smoothly. They initially gave me the wrong room type, maybe a deluxe room, but called when I got in, explained the mistake, and asked me to change the key at the front desk. I appreciated that they caught it before I complained. A few things could be improved or are worth knowing. The toiletries weren’t fully provided: there were towels for only two (2) guests and shampoo or body soap, whose scent I didn’t like. There was no mineral water in the room or dispenser in the corridor. The TV had only three or four channels and used an indoor antenna, though I don’t know if that was the reason. I saw a yellow stain inside the toilet bowl that I believe would come off with brushing. The bathroom basin drained poorly, with water sitting in it when used. The corridor was a bit dark at night, with no lamp or a broken one.
