I’d already booked and paid through the app, but when I got there they still asked me for extra money.

Sultan Home Stay won’t honor the prices shown in the Iyo app and others. The service is really unpleasant.

I paid with my GoFay balance when I checked in yesterday, but the hotel wouldn’t let me bring in accessories and told me to cancel. Oyo and Syariah2 Homestay Jakabaring still haven’t replaced the money that was deducted.

I paid through the app using my e-wallet, but when I reached the place, nobody from the hotel was there. How was I supposed to get in? They should close it before more people get cheated. I wanted to cancel, but they still haven’t returned my money. I hope they shut the hotel down before angry people burn it down 😡😡😡

When I arrived, there was no guard and the inn looked deserted. It was dirty, with rubbish scattered around, like nobody was looking after it. The phone number listed on Traveloka was inactive, and I lost the money I’d paid.
