We came back for a second stay and would happily return again. The price was good, it was fairly clean, and there was A/C and hot water. The owners and staff were very kind. After checkout, they kept our large bags for a week while we toured Lombok by scooter. Thanks for being so hospitable and kind.

Dirty, disgusting room and terrible service. The receptionist demanded all my and my wife's information. It didn't feel tourism friendly or couple friendly. The window didn't cover the whole opening, and several rooms near the reception meant the receptionist could easily see and hear you from his chair. Please don't pay. Spend 20k more and go somewhere else.

I spent 10 months at Nalaya Home Stay and had an amazing time. The family hosting it were the highlight. I grew very close to them and loved the time we spent together. The rooms are clean, the value is really good, and Pak Man truly cares about the homestay and the guests he welcomes.

Sorry this review is late. Nalaya Home made for a really memorable stay. Pak Salman and Bu Dewi were lovely and treated me like family. I was only there briefly for a business trip, but had a fantastic time. There's a small shop across the street, and Mataram downtown is close by. Ordering food through the Grab Food delivery app, similar to DoorDash or Uber Eats, was easy too. I'll stay there again when I'm in Mataram, Lombok. Thank you so much!

The owner was welcoming and waited for me despite my very late arrival because of a ferry delay. I spent three nights in a standard single room with AC, TV, desk, a really comfortable bed, and a private bathroom without a water heater. Free parking and a water dispenser were provided. Roosters around the property woke me at 3 am every night, and nearby mosques began prayers at 5 am, which kept it from getting five stars. Still, I recommend it for the value.
