There wasn't a single good thing about this guesthouse for me. The bed was filthy, and the pillows and blankets were dreadful. The TV didn't work, the AC remote was broken, the cardboard furniture was falling apart, and ants were crawling in the toilet. The receptionist also asked for an extra IDR100K for just three people. A completely horrific experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The building is small, but it's quiet and comfortable, right in central Lombok. The room and bathroom were very clean, and one room was enough for three people. The receptionist was really friendly, and the owner was nice too. The room price was so-so.

The toilet was dirty and smelled bad, and there were lots of bed bugs.

It's very clean and convenient, with Mataram mall and plenty of food stalls nearby. Definitely worth the price, though it's not a fancy or romantic hotel.
