The service was awful. The room was small and had no water at all, and there was no sign it had been checked before we arrived. It was filthy. When I asked staff how to deal with the problem, they didn’t know either.

I had a great room, and the staff were friendly.

The room wasn’t what I’d ordered, and the hot water didn’t work. The shower was broken and left that way. There wasn’t a bath mat, so water covered the floor, and the sheets and blanket were dirty.

I’ve stayed here a few times, but this visit left me disappointed. The male staff member told me there was no extra charge for app bookings, while the female receptionist said the additional fee was hotel policy. I can’t tell which was right. She was rude, and her service was terrible. I’d like them to improve how they treat guests. 👎👎
