The staff I met were all polite and really good with guests. The location is handy too, with restaurants and coffee shops close by. I stayed at transera from March 9 to 11, 2026, and booked an executive room. It was very spacious, with a minibar, hot shower, and Netflix. I had an amazing stay.

The room was nice, the toilet clean, and it came with plenty of useful things like toiletries, coffee, and a thermos. Around Gajah Mada Street there are lots of different places to eat, and food and entertainment are easy to get to. The service was good, and they told us how long the process would take, which helped me feel at ease. The lobby was cool and smelled nice too. I was comfortable staying here, 5/5.

I spent three nights here and had a nice experience. The rooftop view was great, and the atmosphere and hospitality were both good. The only downside was the parking area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was nice and clean. The wash basin is outside the bathroom, though, and water splashes onto the floor when you use it.

There isn't much room space, but the staff are friendly and the location is good. We had a great time relaxing at the rooftop bistro, especially with the duo band there.
