A few minutes after getting into the room, I heard a mosquito. Soon my friend and I were surrounded by a whole swarm, and I had no option but to stay in this filthy place. The bathroom water was dirty, the walls were moldy, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been brushed since the hotel opened. There was a huge bag of tissues and leftover food under the bed, and the room was very dusty. I also found a large bloodstain on the bedsheet and lipstick marks all over the walls. It's only about three years old, but the poor upkeep and cleaning make it seem ancient. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I wouldn't let my chaki, my dog, shower in that water. As an Indonesian citizen, I'd urge the authorities to close this hotel as soon as possible. Tourists from other countries shouldn't have to experience service this dirty.

The morning water wouldn't run, so I couldn't shower before going to work. The room, sheets and pillows were dirty, as if they hadn't been washed for months, and I couldn't sleep. Staying here was a real disappointment, easily the worst experience I've had. Please think carefully before booking. It doesn't deserve a single star.

How viral is this supposed to be? I asked if I could review the place and take a little footage for content on Instagram and TikTok, maybe to bring in traffic and advertise job openings or something. They wouldn't give permission. So stingy. The video wasn't pornographic.
