It’s easy to walk to Delipark Mall from this very handy location. The room was clean, though a bit small, and some rooms have no windows. There’s still airflow from the corridor windows. Staff were fairly responsive, and there’s laundry service on-site.

January 2024. Fine for a night or two, though it’s another budget OYO with mold on the ceiling. There’s free coffee and tea, plus fresh water to refill. The staff were friendly and capable. I felt right at home here. It’s affordable, clean, safe, quiet, and in a strategic spot, so it worked perfectly for a stopover and a good rest. Manager Henry, receptionist Siska, and guard Yahya were attentive, kind, polite, and did their best to meet requests. I’d highly recommend it.

The location is really close to central Medan, and check-in went smoothly even though I arrived late at night. I used my perks for a free night. My room was on the fourth floor, which was a bit tiring since there’s only a staircase. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the water was fine.

This was my third visit, and I do like the place. The catch is that the linen had spots all over and didn’t seem very clean. I hope management makes some improvements.
