I paid the full amount for two nights in advance, but when I went to check in, the receptionist wasn't there and I couldn't get into the room. My money was forfeited, and the owner refused to let me stay because the price was too low. He didn't accept the rate OYO had offered, but why should I have to bear the consequences? If he really wouldn't accept OYO's price, he should remove the hotel from OYO. Guests end up suffering because of this.

I booked and paid through the Traveloka app, but at check-in they told us the rooms were full. My cousin was staying with me, and they didn't ask for a family card or marriage certificate before refusing us. They then told me to request a refund in the app, where this hotel had no refund option. When I complained, the hotel blamed us for not showing a marriage certificate. I feel cheated. Choose somewhere else so you don't end up in the same situation.

We got an order confirmation after paying by bank transfer, but when we reached the lodging it was shut tight. They said they don't accept guests after 11 pm, even though they'd taken the booking and money. They promised a refund if we canceled, using the number on the website, but the money still hasn't come back. Boarding house or lodging, what kind of business is this? Hope the money does some good. Next time, don't cheat people.
