They did refund us in the end, but I was very disappointed with the poor service. The room smelled moldy as soon as I opened the door, and the pillows and blankets were dirty, musty, and moldy-smelling. Please change the blankets and pillowcases and make the bed after guests check out, so the next people don’t arrive to this.

At 1:49 AM someone tried the door and banged on it, then there was knocking on the wall. By 3 AM the lights had gone out completely, and I couldn’t sleep. My family, who had rooms there too, didn’t want to stay again. The house felt creepy, and the receptionist was cheesy and unprofessional. The room was nothing like the app listing or Google photos. It was tiny, with a small bed and dirty sheets, damp walls covered in water leaks, and a bad smell. When I arrived, the electricity token hadn’t been topped up, so the lights were out and the room was pitch black. It’s not worth 150,000, much less 300,000++. This felt like a complete scam. So disappointing!

There was no key for the room, so when we went out the door was left unlocked with our belongings and clothes inside. When we came back, the clothes were missing, even though we’d clearly left them there. There were quite a lot, neatly packed in a laundry bag and ready to be washed 🙂🙂 That’s enough for me, first and last time 🙏🏻

At around 2 a.m. during our overnight stay, someone suddenly tried to open our room and banged on the door. Security needs to be improved.
