I was charged 220,000 Rupiah for what turned out to be a five-hour stay, and I was furious. I checked in at 11 a.m. on April 25, 2026, with my baby because I was working and my cousin had a wedding there. I thought my wife would come on April 26 and we'd check out at 12 p.m. The maintenance staff only showed up at 4 p.m., and nobody had explained the short stay upfront. I had assumed 220,000 Rupiah was for a VIP room, but I saw a standard room, Room 4. They also charged for parking, even though it was actually the family renting the room for the party. If you're trying to make money, don't charge 220,000 Rupiah for five hours and leave guests disappointed. Whether it was the staff who lied or RedDoorz setting the price too high, be ready for fewer guests. I swear I won't accept this hotel or its staff charging visitors such high prices for long.

Please be a bit friendlier at night, sir. The guard gets angry and scolds people. Staying here often is no good if you're just going to get told off.

The room was in good condition, thankfully, so thanks for that. But at check-in, they told us the price had gone up from our Agoda booking, by around 20% of the booked price. Maybe it was because of the Christmas and New Year holidays or preparation for the VAT increase.
