This was my third stay, and each visit has been very pleasant. The Deluxe room facing east and the rooftop breakfast floor both have great views. My room was clean and spacious, everything worked, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Karin at the front desk checked me in efficiently and always with a smile. The concierge team were courteous and welcoming, and breakfast was tasty, filling, and offered plenty of options. Staff there were attentive and refilled the food quickly. When I asked housekeeping to freshen the room on two occasions, they came promptly, and the technicians also responded quickly to a few minor issues. There are lots of food choices nearby and a mini market just across from the entrance. Highly recommended.

After a disappointing night at another nearby alpine hotel, I stayed here for one night and found the Hermes nicer for a slightly lower price. The neighborhood felt comfortable, with a few restaurants close by. Staff were professional and courteous, the bed was excellent, WiFi worked well, and breakfast buffet was included and very good. The rooms also have desks and mini-fridges. I had two issues: the suitcase shelf in my room had an old, filthy carpet on it and should be replaced, and the shower water only got warm.

Breakfast is included, and the price is affordable. There’s valet service, plus a convenience store and restaurant or cafe nearby. The Car Free Day event happens every Sunday about 250 meters away. No iron in the room.

Breakfast was really tasty, especially the fried rice. There are good places to eat around the hotel too.

The location worked well for us: good eateries are nearby, the train station is under five minutes away by car, and there's a convenience shop just across the way. The staff were kind and breakfast was generous. Our room felt a little worn, though it was still comfortable and had enough outlets, including beside the bed. I wish they’d drop the 200k cash deposit. It feels like a very outdated way to greet guests.
