My friends' motorcycle went missing here.

Be careful about staying here. Security isn’t good, and the missing motorbike incident shows how bad this hotel is. It seems obvious they want to dodge the problem; they tried to lie and manipulate. They claimed I signed a document at check-in saying, "lost is not the hotel's responsibility," but that rule wasn’t in the document I signed. I panicked when they were asked to take responsibility 👎👎👎

There was no guard at the entrance or reception, and the CCTV showed the thief taking my motorbike from the hotel parking lot. I lost it while staying here, and the owner showed no good faith afterward. When I asked the SPV what security was provided, he said there was no security guarantee, only comfort. That felt ridiculous. The hotel was negligent and gave terrible service. Please be careful choosing a place to stay. I hope nobody else becomes a victim. 👎👎👎
